Nathan Boos
Owner/Sales Manager
Nathan spent the first 16 years of his career in the financial sector, working at a leading investment firm where he successfully led a team of advisors. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of retail clients, learning that no matter their background, all people value two things in business: exceptional service and the importance of being understood. This customer-centric philosophy became the foundation of his professional approach.
In 2011, after overseeing the construction of his own family home, Nathan discovered a passion for the building industry. Determined to transition into this field, he spent the next five years gaining hands-on experience, honing the skills necessary to excel as a small business owner in the construction world.
Nathan founded Hillsview Building on the principle that the building process doesn’t have to be frustrating for homeowners. He believes that by offering quality products backed by strong warranties and providing exceptional customer service, the process can be both smooth and rewarding. These values form the cornerstone of Hillsview Building.
Born and raised in the Portland area, Nathan has a strong connection to his roots. He and his high school sweetheart, Heidi, have been married for 25 years and are proud parents to four daughters and one son, along with a bonus son-in-law. Nathan loves spending time outdoors, enjoying hunting and fishing, and creating lasting memories with his family.
Heidi Boos
Owner/Office Manager
Heidi holds a degree in Business Marketing and began her career working in land development and business sales, where she developed her skills in management, organization, and client relations. Her natural ability to connect with people and her strategic mindset helped her succeed in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
As an integral part of Hillsview Building, Heidi oversees various aspects of the business, including office administration and customer relations. However, her most cherished role is wife to Nathan and “Mom” to her five kids and bonus son-in-law. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors, where she finds joy in both nature and family activities.
Troy Pitney
Sales Specialist
Troy has been an invaluable member of the Hillsview Building team for four years, combining his construction expertise with a genuine commitment to and care for people. He takes pride in assisting customers with their window and door needs, always striving to provide excellent service. Outside of work, Troy enjoys supporting his wife and four kids. In his free time, he loves to travel and surf.
Brent Haneberg
Lead Installer/Service Tech.
Brent has been with Hillsview Building since its founding. With over 20 years of experience and Milgard service training, he brings unmatched expertise to every project. His deep understanding of local homes and weather conditions enables him to offer valuable insights on what works best for the area. Brent is known for his strong reputation, earning the trust of both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and making the most of his vacations whenever possible.
Kyle Doolittle
Installer/Service
We’re excited to welcome Kyle to the team this year. He brings an excellent work ethic and a strong commitment to customer service, making him a valuable asset to Hillsview. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys reading and spending time playing games with friends and family. He has been married to Hannah for 2 years. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to accomplishing great things together!
